Dedicated to the “Modern Classical” or “Post-Classical” genre, Les Disques de l’Accalmie was created to
promote contemplative instrumental music by showcasing musicians who craft delicate, introspective, and at times ethereal sonic landscapes. We believe their work deserves wider public
recognition, one that goes far beyond the boundaries of this musical field.
Our aim is to bring these contemporary artists into the spotlight through the creation of colored vinyl records in limited, numbered editions — objects that pay tribute to the attention given to
every note, every silence.
Les Disques de l’Accalmie are an invitation to listen differently — to attune ourselves to sonic breathing, to make space for nuance and
eventually, to slow down.
